Downhole Deployment Valve

Product overview:

Downhole deployment valve is a downhole isolating tool used in the whole-process underbalanced drilling. It is mounted on the intermediate casing and its opening and closing is conducted with a ground control system to ensure performing round trip operations and operations of running of completion string, etc. under the underbalanced condition. By using this tool, the whole-process underbalanced drilling can be realized combining the conventional underbalanced drilling equipment by replacing the snubber required for a trip. Thus, the drilling cost and time can be decreased, the reservoir damage can be effectively reduced and the drilling benefits can be improved. This technology has obtained 29 empowered patents and China Patent Excellence Award 2008.

Application field:

This product is applicable to underbalanced drilling operation of vertical well, directional well and horizontal well, with the intermediate casing being Ø244.5mm or Ø177.8mm.
